Our Professionals
The dental care providers at Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service understand the need of coordinating patient insurance. Our patient concierge team coordinates insurance coverage to allow dental treatment with no cost to the patient. We also obtain guardian consent when necessary, and maintain communication with patient guardians throughout and following dental treatment.

Dr. Kimberly Galbut, DDS
Dr. Kimberly Galbut is an experienced and compassionate dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered dental care. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Miami.
Raised in Miami Beach from a young age and coming from a family of healthcare professionals, Dr. Galbut developed a deep appreciation for serving others. She believes that exceptional dentistry is built on trust, kindness, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to improving her patients’ health and quality of life.
Dr. Galbut’s areas of expertise include restorative dentistry, dentures, extractions, and comprehensive general dentistry. She has a special passion for caring for the geriatric population and has devoted much of her career to helping seniors maintain their oral health, comfort, and dignity. Through her work in clinics, community settings, and mobile dentistry, she has had the privilege of caring for patients throughout Florida, including South Florida, Central Florida, and North Florida.
Having spent much of her career caring for seniors and underserved patients, Dr. Galbut finds the greatest fulfillment in helping individuals who may otherwise have difficulty accessing quality dental care.
Known for her gentle chairside manner and compassionate approach, Dr. Galbut takes the time to listen carefully to her patients’ concerns and develops treatment plans tailored to their individual needs. She is committed to delivering dental care with precision, integrity, and warmth while helping every patient achieve and maintain a healthy, confident smile.

Dr. Alexis del Rosario, DDS
Dr. Alexis del Rosario is a compassionate and dedicated general dentist who brings a strong commitment to patient care and a global perspective to her work. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. del Rosario earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Iowa in 2010. She went on to complete a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Rush University in 2011 before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in 2017.
Before joining Tooth Fairy Mobile, Dr. del Rosario practiced in a private dental office in northwest Florida and served as a contract dentist for the Army National Guard, where she provided essential dental care to service members.
With a heart for outreach and service, Dr. del Rosario has volunteered with Remote Area Medical and participated in dental mission trips to Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru. Her conversational Spanish skills has been an invaluable asset in connecting with and treating patients in underserved communities.
Committed to staying at the forefront of dental care, Dr. del Rosario regularly attends continuing education courses through Spear Education and actively participates in local study clubs. She has also been a proud member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.
Dr. del Rosario is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a welcoming environment. She believes in treating each patient with empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to improve their oral health and overall well-being.

Dr. Marcelo W. Mattschei, DDS
Marcelo W. Mattschei, DDS, is a general and implant dentist with over 30 years of experience in private practice and high-volume restorative environments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Florida, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry, and completed a General Practice Residency at Waterbury Hospital in Connecticut.
Dr. Mattschei has extensive experience treating geriatric, medically compromised, edentulous, and high-anxiety patients with a compassionate, patient-centered approach focused on comfort, function, and long-term outcomes.
His clinical expertise includes extractions, immediate dentures, overdentures, implant placement and restoration, full-mouth rehabilitation, same-day crowns, cosmetic dentistry, molar endodontics, removable prosthetics, and emergency dentistry. He also has advanced training in full-arch implant rehabilitation, sinus and ridge augmentation, laser dentistry, and digital CAD/CAM workflows.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Mattschei is known for his calm chairside manner, strong communication skills, advanced clinical training, and commitment to delivering high-quality, predictable outcomes in fast-paced clinical settings.
